- Restocking fee: 10% of the purchase price is kept on change-of-mind returns.
- Refunds: to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
- Where: returns go back to our warehouse at 902 St Johns Ave, Palatka, FL 32177, USA, USA. We accept returns from U.S. addresses only.
1. What is a liquidation lot?
Our inventory is customer returns, overstock and shelf-pulls sold as-is. Every product page shows its condition and manifest status before you buy. Changing your mind, or finding the resale value or mix of items was not what you hoped, is not grounds for a return on a non-returnable lot. Please read the product page carefully before you order.
2. Which items can be returned
A lot can be returned for any reason within 3 days of delivery if all of the following are true:
- The product page says the listing is returnable.
- The pallet or case is complete. All units it arrived with are included.
- Contents are in the same condition as received: not sorted, resold, used or opened beyond normal inspection.
- It is shrink-wrapped and secured on a pallet so it can travel safely by freight.
3. Items that cannot be returned
- Unmanifested lots and salvage lots, because their contents vary and can't be checked against a list.
- Listings marked “Final sale” or “Not returnable” on the product page.
- Lots that have been broken down, partly resold or are missing units.
- Single items from inside a lot. The whole lot has to come back.
These exclusions do not apply when we sent the wrong lot, the shipment was short, or it was damaged in transit. See section 5.
4. How to start a return
- Call us at +1 (612) 203-5917 within 3 days of delivery. Have your order number ready.
- We'll confirm whether the lot is eligible and give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Wrap the pallet and mark the RA number clearly on it. Returns arriving without an RA number may be refused.
- Ship it to the address we give you, or drop it off at our warehouse if you arrange this with us first.
5. Damaged, incorrect or short shipments
Freight problems have to be documented at delivery:
- Inspect the pallet before signing. Write any damage or missing pallets on the carrier's delivery receipt (bill of lading), and take photos.
- Call us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- If we confirm the problem, we'll offer a replacement lot (if one is available), a partial refund or a full refund including the original shipping charge. You choose. We pay any return freight.
Signing “clean” for a visibly damaged pallet can stop the carrier claim, so please always inspect it first.
6. Refunds
- We inspect returned lots when they arrive and tell you whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds go to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
- For eligible returns we refund the purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is because of our error.
- If a lot comes back incomplete or in a different condition than we sent it, we may reduce the refund or refuse it. If so, we'll explain why and send you the inspection photos.
7. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns on eligible lots, you pay return freight. You can use your own carrier, or we can quote freight for you. When the return is because of our error, we arrange and pay for return shipping.
8. Order cancellations
Call us to cancel. If your order hasn't shipped or been picked up yet, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. Once it has shipped, the return rules above apply.
9. Local pickup orders
If you pick up at our warehouse, inspect the lot before you load it. The return rules above apply in the same way. Any problems with a picked-up order must be raised before you leave the warehouse.
10. Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable U.S. or Florida law.
